Sacral dressing is a kind of outstanding absorbent dressing, which is perfect for wounds treated with medium to heavy wounds secretion. The dressing has a gentle border design with advanced quintuple construction which combines an absorbent pad sandwiched between a perforated silicone gel adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film. It can extremely absorb the wound secretions while providing the optimal moist environment for faster wounds healing and minimizing the pain & trauma to patients during dressing changes.
The dressing is waterproof but NOT showering-proof, which means the liquid will not flow from one side of the dressing to the other side, but the liquid will leak in from the edge under the adhesive layer to weaken the adhesion.
Items are only sold in the US and we use Credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Apple Pay for payments. Free shipping and tax included on all orders! All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Items are dispatched from the US and most will arrive within 3-5 days after purchase(Alaska and Hawaii delivery times will be longer. Shopping and delivery support is temporarily unavailable in the US Minor Outlying Islands).
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Read more about our return policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at info@senvok.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@senvok.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
